I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (200hr YTT) currently practicing, loving, sharing and teaching yoga in Washington, D.C. I completed my teacher training at Flow Yoga Center, studying a variety of styles of yoga and philosophy. I am continuing my education through various workshops in the area and abroad.
